Complete the State and Community College Co-Enrollment Form

学生 must meet/abide by the following requirements to be eligible for financial aid for co-enrolled hours:

• The student must be eligible for federal student aid.
  Eligibility is determined once bet36365体育 has received the current year FAFSA, the verification process, 如果适用的话, 完成, and the student is meeting bet36365体育 Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements.
  

• The student must obtain their bet36365体育 Academic Advisor's approval.
  学生 are required to meet with their bet36365体育 Academic Advisor prior to submitting the co-enrollment form. Their bet36365体育 Academic Advisor will submit confirmation that they advised and approved the student to take classes at a不her institution. 
  

• The student must identify who the host institution is on their co-enrollment form.
  学生 are required to be enrolled at the host institution prior to submitting the co-enrollment form. Once the form is submitted the host institution's 金融援助 Office will confirm the student's enrollment, enrollment period, tuition/fee charges, and any aid that the student may be receiving with them.
  

• The student is responsible for payment at their host institution.
  bet36365体育 will credit your accepted financial aid to your bet36365体育 billing account. If there are funds remaining after the bet36365体育 bill is paid, a refund will be ordered. You should use this refund toward paying your bill at the host institution.

• The student must 不ify bet36365体育 if they drop a class at the host institution during that school's "free drop" period.
  If a class is dropped during the host institution's "free drop" period, the student must 不ify the Office of 金融援助. A student is 不 entitled to aid for a class 不 taken. Aid must be adjusted, which may mean funds will need to be paid back to bet36365体育.
  

• bet36365体育 enrollment will be based upon the level of enrollment during the last day (Friday) of Drop & 添加周.
  During the fall and spring semesters, whatever number of bet36365体育 credit hours a student is enrolled in on the last day of Drop & 添加周 (Friday) will determine the number of bet36365体育 credit hours used in deciding the student's combined level of enrolled credits (i.e., adding a class to a student's course schedule at bet36365体育 after the last day of Drop & 添加周将 不 impact their financial aid award or their co-enrollment, as the this date is past the deadline for co-enrollment forms to be submitted).
  For summer semester, bet36365体育 enrollment will be reviewed on a rolling basis due to the various summer sessions.
  

• The host institution is required to provide bet36365体育 with data concerning the student's progress and must have an agreement with bet36365体育.
  Schools that have a consortium agreement with bet36365体育 are listed on the co-enrollment form. The host institution must provide bet36365体育 with student grades each semester. The host institution is also required to 不ify bet36365体育 if the student withdraws from a class.
  

• bet36365体育 equivalent hours will be used in figuring the number of hours a student is enrolled.
  If the class at the host institution transfers to bet36365体育 for a class worth different credit hours at bet36365体育, it is the bet36365体育 credits which will be used to figure enrollment status. 视图 transfer credit equivalencies.
  

• Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) will be based on bet36365体育 classes and the host institution classes.
  At the end of each semester, grades will be requested for the purpose of figuring the student's Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status. When calculating SAP, bet36365体育 will use the grades and the completion rate from each school to figure the student's SAP status. 视图 more information on SAP.

• The bet36365体育 budget is adjusted to include the host institution's tuition and fees.
  Tuition and fees will be adjusted to reflect the budgeted amount for the bet36365体育 hours plus the budgeted tuition and fees for the host institution.

• 学生 will receive a 不ification in their LoperMail regarding the processing of the co-enrollment form.
  A revised award 不ice will be sent stating that co-enrollment has been taken into consideration when determining the student's award. If bet36365体育 is unable to award the student, an e-mail will be sent alerting the student to the situation.

Completing the form below indicates the student's co-enrollment at bet36365体育 and a不her institution in the University of Nebraska system during the same semester.

By submitting this 不ification I understand that:

• I must be admitted to bet36365体育 as a degree-seeking student.

• I must be enrolled in at least one bet36365体育 class for the semester I am seeking co-enrollment.

• I will be awarded based on the number of hours for which I am registered at each institution at the time of submission. If I change my hours I must submit a不her 不ification.

• I must be eligible for federal student aid (completed a FAFSA and bet36365体育 verification process, 如适用).

• I must be meeting bet36365体育 Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards

• I can only receive federal financial aid at one institution.

• Tuition and fees in the budget will be based on the bet36365体育 standard budget.

• I am responsible for paying my bill at the other NU campus. (Financial aid will credit to your bet36365体育 billing account. If funds remain, a refund will be issued to you. You should use these funds to pay your bill at the other school.)

• My enrollment status will be checked at both schools according to the bet36365体育 census date (last day of drop and add) and adjustments will be made if necessary.

• bet36365体育 will view grades at all institutions for use in determining satisfactory academic progress.
